ICE is being updated the weekend of May 17th to provide expanded capabilities for our Initial Reports users.
Our users have asked for the capability to submit pictures and other documents when they are creating an Initial Report. So we are adding the ability to attach documents directly to the Initial Report form in iCE. Once the documents are attached and the report is submitted as a claim, these attachments will be copied to the claim for use by the adjuster.
There are a few guidelines that users will need to follow when using this feature. Documents can only be attached after the form has been saved but before it has been submitted as a claim; once a claim is submitted, the Initial Report is locked and no further attachments are allowed. There is no limit to how many documents can be attached.
