Recent Mississippi Court of Appeals decision Favorable to Employers. The recent decision by the Mississippi Court of Appeals in Richardson v. Johnson Electric holds that the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission isn't required to accept a treating physician's opinion over the opinion of other physicians.
